About the artist:

Amrit Sadhana Singh has been a Kundalini Yoga Teacher since 2004.
In his first class yoga, he discovered his love for mantras.

He recorded his first album "Amrit Sadhana" Aquarian Chants in 2014. With the second album "Amana" he switched his recording style from digital to analog. In the fall of 2016 he finished his third album, Akasha. It is a matter of heart for him to motivate people through his music to sing mantras.

Sat Nam (The Grace Within You) - Gurutrang Singh, USA, 2015

About the artist:

"Gurutrang" means "Master of Good Vibrations" and in 1975, Yogi Bhajan told Gurutrang Singh, "You will become a renowned musician". However, because he never personally recorded any of his music until 1999, very few people in 3HO actually knew how prolific he really was. But it was he who in fact wrote the 3HO standards like "Sat Nam The Grace Within You" and "Oh Guru Ram Das Thank You For This Beautiful Day" first recorded by "The Khalsa String Band" in 1973. He went on to write the very funny "Yogi Tea Song" which has been featured in "Putumayo World Music" radio commercials nationwide. He also became "notoriously" legendary at Winter Solstice Celebrations in Orlando, Florida for his witty sadhana wake up ditty, "Get Out of Bed You Little Sleepy Head". All four of these songs were featured tracks on the CD "One In The Spirit - 30 Years of 3HO Music" released by the "Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization" in 1999.

Gurutrang Singh has created and played many unique musical renditions of Yogi Bhajan's recommended morning meditation chants live for sadhana at his 3HO home ashram in Herndon, Virginia for years. "

Gurutrang Singh Khalsa who is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncture, maintaining a busy practice in Herndon, Virginia and living happily in the ashram with his French, flower-designing, yoga-teaching wife Gurumata Kaur Khalsa and his vastly talented, entertaining and engaging son, Shabd Singh Khalsa.

I Am Grace of God (Noble Beauty) - Hari Bhajan Kaur (NM), USA, 2015

About the song:

“I am Grace of God” was a song I envisioned to help spread the awareness of this incredible meditation as well as to offer a timed recording to simplify the practice of this meditation for people. It was a labor of love. I had the thought to create it musically so that people could also simply listen to it as a song either in classes or every day so they could further have this incredibly healing and empowering affirmation uplifting and awakening in the subconscious mind. We recorded part of it in Mexico at Citizen Ken Studios with my husband on the guitar and my layered vocals. I tried to keep a strong focus on the aspects of each finger, as the meditation instructs, while recording so that the vibration could aid in people’s focus while actually practicing the meditation. I did many takes to get the focus right and still keep a subtlety and meditative projection. It’s was a good challenge that ended up being quite healing for me to record. The recording continued at John Gagan’s studio in Santa Fe, NM where we added the piano with my youngest sister, Sarab Saraswati Kaur, as well as Tabla with Sat Guru Mukh Singh. Liv Singh in Arizona with Invincible Music, mixed and mastered the entire album and added his touch of mastery for the final name of the album, Divine Woman. We are so grateful to everyone who helped in so many ways to bring this song and album into fruition. Seemed divinely guided and inspired.

May the community of 3HO be blessed with purity, love, light and awakened unity and may we sing the songs of 3HO with spirit and heart. May our songs carry on the strength and kindness of a Spiritual Nation to benefit all of humanity.

Siri Chand: I would also add to the story that the whole song was created in the moment. We had nothing before going into the studio, and as Hari Bhajan already said, everything (including the instrumentation) came together by meditating on the different fingers and planets and projecting it.
